The Bible also says in 1 Corinthians 7:1-5
Now concerning the matters about which you wrote: "It is good for a man not to have sexual relations with a woman." But because of the temptation to sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband. The husband should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and likewise the wife to her husband. For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. Likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

So it is sinful for a person to intentionally withhold sex from his/her spouse.

It is a very difficult situation to be in.
May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 15:5-6

rdsmith - The Bible does indeed say that.

What I seem to see around me is an entire industry geared to ginning up women's grievances over what their men are supposed to be doing for them (and essentially condoning the withholding if everything isn't done to some vague and undefined specifications), while men are largely supposed to just "get over" their desires (regardless of what the Bible says). It is frustrating.

I'm sorry you are going thru this. The bible specifically speaks of this, sexual intimacy and that our bodies are no longer our own. As others speak, it's a recipe for disaster when this issue is ignored.
It is selfish.
