Sam, I meet for 1 1/2 hours. To keep us on track, I outline my style at the first meeting. I say "Ladies, we all know that we can get way off track, and as the facilitator, it is my job to get the study completed in an hour and a half. So to honor your time, I may say to you, let's table that until the study is over. After the study, I plan nothing so I can chat with who ever wants to stay. This study is designed for conversation though, thats why I like it so much. We do go into deep discussions, and all participate. :D
